A variety of stands are also available, all with built-in power source and controls for lighting systems described above, including plain stand (K-MAT) for reflected only light (light from above shining down on material) transmitted light stand (K-EDU) which provides both reflected and transmitted light capabilities, with brightfield and darkfield.

Transmitted light stands can also be fitted with polarizer / analyzer options.

A variety of LED lighting systems including spot illuminator, dual spot illuminator and ring illuminator are available. All travel up and down with the microscope body to remain focused on the material being examined.
